The extended mode offers additional functionality at different places. Most notably an additional page Original Images appears in the tool. Its purpose is to inspect the raw patient images before the normalization transform has been applied.
In the following the same data set is used for the description of the simplified mode. Assuming that the reader is familiar with the simplified PALZ processing as well as PMOD image processing in general, the discussion is focused on the functional additions of the extended mode.
