The functionality is located in the auto Isocontour selection list. It can be applied to any type of contour VOI outlined with the Pmod VOI tools.
It allows transforming the selected VOI in the VOIs list in DICOM RT structure set objects. Such DICOM structure set objects can be used in radiotherapy (RT) planning systems.
The fraction pixel classification mode is used during the transformation.
